Whether you are booking a large scale association meeting or a smaller corporate function, Celebrate can locate, evaluate and contract the ideal venue.
There is no charge for the procurement and negotiation of guest rooms and meeting space provided the group contract is no less than 10 rooms per night.
We also provide tour and group bookings at no charge provided the final number per tour exceeds 10 people. And because hotels and operators compensate us directly, there is no cost to you for these services.
The process: We sit down with you and go through a full review of your program requirements, budget, accomodation specifications, dining and activity goals. We then identify a short list of suitable properties based on our function space and competitive property knowledge. Once we receive property proposals we start the first level of negotiation. Submissions then come to you for review and further shortlisting. Further negotiations take place before contracting which we review on your behalf prior to sending to you the client for approval.
Simply put, from initial discussion to contract completion, we take care of it all. We literally shave many many hours and a great deal of inconvenience from the process and your workload.
