Oxfords definition of Celebrate is “mark with or engage in festivities.” This term defines who we are and what we do.
Regardless of the scope of your special event; be it a themed private dinner for 20 or a gala fundraising event for 500, Celebrate offers the creativity and the defined capability to assist you in all of the aspects of the event from research through design, planning, event production and evaluation processes.
Full Service Design and Planning
Management fee determined based on scope of events and our involvement levels.
This option is for the client who wants to be involved in their planning process but prefers to hire a professional to do the project management. “While you might have full creative control to build your dream home you will not want to necessarily put on the tool belt!”

- Procure and negotiate contracts with all vendors
- Refer and assist with vendor selection
